Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in unworn, resaleable condition.

  Ship to the Highlands

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
